Shipping policy

Our website clearly discloses that all shirts are made to order. Production takes approximately 3–5 business days, and shipping takes an additional 1–2 weeks. The customer agreed to these terms before completing their purchase. The order had not exceeded the disclosed fulfillment timeline when the chargeback was initiated.
